Technology Overview
The Dermablate® utilises Erbium-doped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (Er:YAG) laser technology with a wavelength of 2,940nm, which is highly absorbed by water in the skin. The proprietary COOL technology enables precise ablation of the epidermis and upper dermis while minimising thermal damage to surrounding tissue. This results in controlled skin resurfacing with significantly reduced downtime compared to traditional ablative lasers. The fractional delivery mode creates microscopic treatment zones surrounded by untreated tissue, accelerating the healing process and stimulating natural collagen remodeling.
